Born Survivors: Knights proud to support Senior BWT at the Macclesfield event

On Saturday 22nd April, the incredible Born Survivor event comes to Macclesfield. It’s a challenge involving an intense outdoor obstacle course set in beautiful surroundings. It isn’t for the faint-hearted. A local charity, Senior BWT, which supports senior citizens in the community, is participating, raising funds and awareness for their worthy cause.

Events like this work so well because the challenge depends on teamwork and cooperation. To help the Senior BWT team with their efforts we’ve provided them with matching t-shirts, highlighting the charity’s name and its aims.

As a leading supplier of corporate clothing, sorting the t-shirts and their printing was no problem, but before we agreed to help, we wanted to be sure that Senior BWT’s aims and ethos aligned with our commitment to community engagement and corporate social responsibility. Senior BWT is clearly making a valuable contribution, giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a positive impact on people's lives. We are proud to partner with them for this event, and we wish them the best of luck.

We’re often asked to help, but unfortunately, we can’t support every cause, and we can’t do it all – that’s why we encourage other businesses to join in, engaging with and working in their communities, supporting causes that make a real difference.

Our custom-designed t-shirts will not only help create a sense of unity and camaraderie among the Senior BWT team members but also keep them comfortable and free to move as they take on the Born Survivor obstacles. Teamwork gets us through our challenges, and it will help Senior BWT navigate the tough course. Add in the determination and resilience we know the team has and, for them, the event will be an enormous success.

If you’re in Macclesfield on April 22nd and can lend your support to the Senior BWT team, we’re sure they, and the senior citizens they support, will be very grateful.
