• The Redlam panic bolt is a method of locking a fire door to prevent it from unauthorised use.
• It works by a spring loaded bolt which is held in place by a breakable ceramic or glass tube. In the event of a fire, the tube can be easily smashed by the small hammer and this allows the bolt to spring out of the door.
• Manufactured from cast aluminium
• Complete with 1 x Ceramtube, hammer, chain and fixings
• Use of padlock prevents unauthorised removal of Ceramtube
