Social Media Guidelines
Knights' social media channels are platforms where we want our users to feel comfortable about sharing, connecting and receiving help. In order to be able to keep our community a supportive place, please keep the following social media guidelines in mind:
- Bring value: keep the conversation on track, and of interest to your peers. No advertisements.
- Stay respectful: do not post inappropriate, offensive or suggestive material. Do not post comments which can be interpreted as personal attacks, slurs, demeaning or inflammatory. Off-topic comments, spam and advertisements will be deleted.
- Respect privacy: do not post personal or account information over social media - visit our contact us page, or email us at email@example.com for customer service enquiries and information. Do not share confidential or proprietary information which conflicts with your company's confidentiality agreements.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate comments or posts. We reserve the right to restrict or block users who don't follow these guidelines, have online pages containing offensive content or for any other reason.
Comments and opinions posted by users are the responsibility of the person who posted them. Knights does not adopt, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of content posted by others, and such content does not represent the views of Knights.
